A transparent, bank-regulated way for Ghanaian salaried workers to access modern devices and connectivity — without disrupting cash flow.

  1. 1. Apply online

    Create an account and complete a 5-step application: personal details, employment, banking, and document uploads. We pre-validate your Ghana Card, payslip and bank statements.

  2. 2. Employer & bank verification

    Our partner banks confirm your salary history and your employer's payroll. Approved employers (Government, listed companies, banks, telcos) get expedited processing.

  3. 3. Credit decision

    You're pre-qualified for up to 4× your monthly net salary. Final terms depend on your bank's risk policy and chosen device.

  4. 4. Sign salary assignment

    Sign a digital salary assignment authorising fixed monthly deductions for the loan term. Fully reversible after the final payment.

  5. 5. Pick up your device

    Visit a Celltel-approved supplier, collect your phone, and activate the bundled connectivity plan.

  6. 6. Pay alongside your salary

    Each month, your bank deducts the agreed instalment before salary disbursement. Track everything in your dashboard.

Your data is protected. All documents are encrypted and stored under Ghana's Data Protection Commission rules. Only you, your assigned bank officer, and Celltel's review team can access your application.
